Excellent/efficient in store experience from Ms. Bergen.
Good price and good product. I wish you provided a warranty for damage.
Everything was great, service, product, and especially the turn-around time. The only thing that was not good was the installation of the Bedroom Blinds, as they came with what I will call 'overhead' Brackets. Per the instruction manual, when installing them flush inside the window, I am to drive the fasteners straight up into the window frame, through the Brackets. I did that in the prescribed holes in the brackets. When I went to 'snap' my blinds into the brackets, they would not go. I spent time trying to see what I was doing wrong, and ended up marking the front of the blind casing, (yes, I tried snapping them in backwards in case I was doing it wrong to begin with). After looking at the bracket closer, I realized that it was the Blinds-To-Go fastener which was the issue. The head on the fastener was quit thick, (it was a Phillips/Hex Head Bolt), and would not allow the blind casing to go up into the barb on the bracket. I removed the fasteners at the rear of the bracket and it works perfect. I think this is a design oversight on your part, to include fasteners with such thick heads.
